Jim Rydman started Newcastle Construction Company in 1987 after 10 years in the construction business doing remodeling and fire reconstruction work. He also had a small cabinet making shop focusing on his passion for custom cabinet making and custom interior and remodeling. Jim realized he had an eye for design and enjoyed working with home owners to build beautiful custom kitchens, bathrooms, room additions, and entertainment centers. His ability to work with home owners, sub contractors, and his employees has made Newcastle Construction the success it is today.
